DESCRIPTION:Simulation Instructor Training: Curso “Fundamentos de la Simulación en Salud: Diseño y Debriefing”\nPrograma de preparación para líderes en Simulación en Salud \nQueremos presentarte un nuevo enfoque para la aplicación de la  simulación clínica.\nDurante la pasada década hemos conocido su eficacia.\nAhora tenemos la oportunidad de trasladarla plenamente a los sistemas sanitarios y universidades para lograr un impacto profundo y medible. \nTras quince años de experiencia en la preparación de líderes del aprendizaje hemos diseñado un nuevo curriculum\, conectando nuestra experiencia con los problemas reales a los que se enfrentan las instituciones de salud.  \n“Fundamentos de la Simulación en Salud: Diseño y Debriefing” es un programa transformador en el que te ayudamos a trasladar la simulación en salud para resolver los desafíos de tu organización; un enfoque innovador dirigido a todos los profesionales comprometidos con el diseño y la integración de la simulación para el avance de la educación y los sistemas sanitarios.\nQueremos proponerte herramientas para que apliques las teorías docentes más efectivas y promuevas la innovación a través de la simulación.  \nVamos a aplicar nuevos modelos de trabajo para establecer colaboraciones\, construir planes de preparación\, diseñar e implementar actividades de simulación. Te ayudaremos a crear ambientes de aprendizaje estimulantes y participativos y a conducir el debriefing “con buen juicio”.  \nEstructura del programa\n\n\nMódulo de preparación \nTe invitamos a que identifiques y traigas un desafío de tu organización para trabajar durante nuestro tiempo juntos. Además\, dispondrás de recursos para preparar las actividades del módulo de desarrollo que podrás consultar en una plataforma online a tu propio ritmo.  \n10 h de trabajo durante 2 semanas\n \n\nMódulo de desarrollo \nTrabajaremos de modo presencial  online durante 4 días intensos en el abordaje a la simulación con buen juicio\, y en tu proyecto para desarrollar un plan de preparación\, el curriculum de entrenamiento y diseñar una actividad para que puedas implementar en tu institución.   \n8\,5 h de trabajo por día durante 4 días\n \n\nMódulo de seguimiento \nMantendremos una sesión de trabajo online contigo para reflexionar sobre los retos de la implantación de tu proyecto y apoyar al máximo el impacto en tu institución.  \n1 h de trabajo a determinar contigo\n \n\nEl programa se desarrolla íntegramente online. DESCRIPTION:Simulation Instructor Training\nHealthcare Simulation Essentials: Design and Debriefing (HSEDD)\n\nThis course is for internal participants only\, as identified by HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. The May 25-28\, 2021 course will only be offered online from 9:00AM to 5:00PM US Central time. View the course start time in your local time zone. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. \n\nCMS continues to innovatate to meet the challenge of these rapidly changing times. This flagship educator course has updated the curriculum to refocus the course on helping participants make a significant\, measurable impact on their organization. Participants will learn to work practically and strategically to translate simulation into gains for their learners\, colleagues and organization. \nTo leverage your investment in this course and position your work to have the greatest impact\, we will ask you to do some work before you arrive. To get buy-in and support for your program\, we will help you identify a real problem that can be addressed with simulation (e.g. patient safety issues\, curriculum challenges). We will then integrate your questions and challenges about how to address this organizational problem through interactive small group work.  \nParticipants in the course can expect the exceptional educational experience that the Center for Medical Simulation is known for. Each course will feature several CMS faculty\, who will work with learners in small groups to develop curriculum to guide their simulation program\, to learn Debriefing with Good Judgment©\, and to design simulation courses.  \nCourse Objectives:\n\nDevelop a strategic plan to elicit buy-in\, support and make an impact with simulation in\nBuild a challenging and safe learning environment\nConduct\, and debrief interprofessional simulation scenarios with high learner engagement\nApply the “With Good Judgment” approach to affect behavior change in multiple contexts\nThink deeply about your role as an educator and/or change agent\n\n\nFormat:\nThe course will take place over 4 consecutive days. It is our belief that this intense learning experience is best accomplished with continuous\, individualized mentoring from highly experienced CMS faculty and the development of a peer-led community of practice. The course combines didactic and experiential learning with practice and feedback. Participants will run and debrief simulation cases and receive coaching and feedback on debriefing skills from leading debriefing experts.
