SUMMARY:Comprehensive Instructor Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Simulation Instructor Training: Comprehensive Instructor Workshop\nThis intensive immersion in healthcare simulation is led by some of the world’s leading simulation educators. Integrating theories from multiple disciplines\, the course focuses on simulation design and debriefing using the Debriefing With Good Judgment© method. Topics also include assessment in simulation and making an impact with simulation in your organization. Attendees join a growing community of Center for Medical Simulation graduates who are positioned as leaders in the field. Daily formats vary and include simulation scenarios\, lectures\, small and large group discussions\, case studies\, and practical exercises with feedback. The course combines didactic and experiential learning with practice and feedback.
