Integrating theories from multiple disciplines\, the course focuses on simulation design and debriefing using the Debriefing with Good Judgment© method. Topics also include assessment in simulation and strategic thinking to advance your simulation program. Attendees join a growing community of Center for Medical Simulation graduates who are positioned as leaders in the field. Daily formats vary and include simulation scenarios\, lectures\, small and large group discussions\, case studies\, and practical exercises with feedback.
