헬스케어 시뮬레이션 디브리핑 평가를 위한 도구  (Debriefing Assessment for Simulation in Healthcare [DASH©]) 는 디브리핑 기술을 평가하고 개발하는 데 도움이 되도록 설계되었습니다.

디브리핑은 시뮬레이션된 (모의) 사건 또는 활동을 검토하기 위해 두 명 또는 그 이상이 하는 대화입니다. 디브리핑에서 참여자들은 실제 상황에서 수행을 향상시키기 위해 자신의 행동과 사고 과정, 감정 상태 및 기타 정보를 탐색, 분석 및 통합 (synthesize)  합니다.

참여자의 높은 참여는 더 깊은 학습 수준으로 이어지고 임상 환경으로 전환될 가능성을 높이기 때문에 우수한 디프리핑의 특징으로 여겨집니다.

DASH 는 구체적인 행동을 검토 (examine) 함으로써 디브리핑을 수행하는 데 사용되는 전략과 기법을 평가합니다. 이는 사람들이 경험적 맥락에서 어떻게 배우고 변화하는지에 대한 증거와 이론에 기반합니다.
