The Center for Medical Simulation’s Gateway Debriefing Skills Workshop introduces healthcare education faculty to the foundational practices of the “Debriefing with Good Judgment©” method of debriefing. This innovative Workshop combines a day long immersive in-person learning experience with online learning that includes customized peer-to-peer and mentor feedback.
Technology Requirements
This online course is delivered via Zoom, a web conferencing platform, and the CMS Virtual Campus, a learning management system. All materials and course interactions will occur online. In order to participate fully, each participant must have:
- Their own computer (tablets and mobile phones do not allow full engagement )
- Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 3 Mbps upload/download speed)
- Microphone and speakers (built-in, headset or from webcam)
- Webcam
Each individual – even those participants who are from the same institution – needs his or her own computer and computer headset (microphone and earphones). We highly encourage you to have a webcam to enrich our interactions.
