In Person Training Requirement: Complete Vaccination series and Booster against COVID-19
The Center for Medical Simulation (CMS) requires course participants to have completed the COVID-19 vaccine series and the COVID-19 booster to attend in person training. We will ask you to complete an attestation form stating that you are vaccinated in order to attend the course. A copy of your vaccination card is not required by CMS; however, you may need to show proof of vaccination for certain venues in Boston during your stay.

Leading Teams for Performance, Connection, and Reslience Course
Course includes background reading and an interactive in-person session designed to build team leadership skills and team cohesion and resilience. It focuses on the evidence-based principles of “Teaming” described in the work of healthcare teamwork expert, Amy C.
Edmondson of Harvard Business School. The instructors have previously led a dozen executive teams and several hundred surgeons and their teams through a version of this course as part of required teamwork training at several Harvard-affiliated teaching hospitals.

This includes, recovering from “Bad Starts” as way to build team cohesion. - Part 2: Directing, redirecting and focusing sub-teams on a shared goal
