Dr. Chris Roussin, Senior Director of CMS-ALPS, is in St. Pete the weekend of March 6, 2026 for the 3rd Advances in Maternal, Fetal, and Neonatal Health: The Continuum of Care Conference hosted by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.

Chris will lead a 90 minute workshop Friday from 3:30-5:00 PM, titled “Inside Collaboration: A Toolkit for Learning and Support Where We Need It Most”.

Saturday morning from 8:05-8:50 AM, Chris will give the opening talk of the conference day with “How Real Teams Can Learn, Support, and Thrive Every Day,” presenting how teams can use the Circle Up © methodology of huddles, check-ins, and end-of-shift offloads to better collaborate and sustain one another in the workplace, and to better leave work behind them when they leave the hospital.
