CMS faculty member, Walter Eppich, MD, MEd, will be a keynote speaker at the 2019 International Clinical Skills Conference in Prato, Tuscany. Walter will join fellow keynote speakers Tanja Manser, PhD, from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, Vicki LeBlanc, PhD, from the University of Ottawa, and Jimmie Leppink, PhD, from Maastricht University.

Walter is the Director of the Feinberg Academy of Medical Educators in the Department of Medical Education at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, where he is also an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Medical Education. His clinical home is the Division of Emergency Medicine at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
