After a successful return to the SMACC Sydney stage, Jenny Rudolph kicked off a visiting professorship this week at the Bond University Medical Program in Queensland, Australia. At the invitation of Dean Kirsty Forrest, Jenny is joining the university for a weeklong appointment. Yesterday, she hosted a workshop on how to transform team-based challenges and leadership conflicts into positive opportunities for team growth.
Next, Jenny Rudolph will be leading EDGE (Educators Getting Educated), the Gold Coast University Hospital seminar for education fellows. The seminar will explore how expressing positive regard or “on-going regard” in everyday work life may enhance learning, connection, and meaning as colleagues strive to get better at what they do.
