“This interactive workshop will discuss the importance of speaking up across authority gradients, as well as giving effective receiver-focused feedback. An array of strategies and techniques will be demonstrated. Using simulated cases, participants will have opportunities to practice in a supportive environment.”
This seminar is open to Massachusetts General Hospital faculty with Harvard Medical School academic appointments.
Dr. Minehart is an obstetric anesthesiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, an Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School, and the Program Director for the MGH Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship. She is the Director of Anesthesia Programs at the Center for Medical Simulation.
