CMS faculty provided debriefing, feedback, and psychological safety help to develop BANDALOOP, who recently performed an incredible aerial show with singer P!nk at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles.

Center for Medical Simulation faculty helped Bandaloop develop its debriefing process and skills for the Bandaloop Experience.

Center for Medical Simulation faculty Janice Palaganas, Jenny Rudolph, Jose Maestre, Ignacio Del Moral, and Ann Mullen along with other simulation colleagues including Katie Walker, Jared Kutzin, Traci Robinson, Michaela Kolbe, and Bastian Grande participated in the training and then provided feedback on #psychsafety, experiential learning design, and debriefing.

CMS Executive Director Jenny Rudolph and Bandaloop Artistic Director Amelia Rudolph are sisters.
